Hi Sarah,
I completed circuit in April this year and crossed Thorung la on 23rd April.A good time of year as there was still a bit of snow about and it rained each day about 4pm for half an hour or so the dust was minimal and the views fantastic.The weather was very settled and excellent for trekking and I think it is a better time to trek than October or November which is hot and dry.
