The first checkpost out of BesiSahar is at BhuleBhule (sp?) which is about
3 hours after you leave BesiSahar. 1000 rupees and your passport is all
you need. As you enter the town, cross the suspension bridge and it's up
to your left in the middle of the town.
: I don't think you will have any problems getting a bus ticket to Dumre.
: Cost about Rs200 a ticket. Try to shop around. As for the ACAP fee, it is not
: necessary to do it in Kathmandu. You can pay for the fee at the first ACAP
: office you see when you are on the trail. At subsequent police and ACAP check
: points, you are required to produce that permit to the officer-in-charge.
: As for renting of equipment, there are some shops that rent out their gear in THAMEL.
