It's all true - but 120,000 pales in comparison to the numbers in India. Nepalese women who are shunned or sold off to Indian brothels. Indian women in India as well.
That's why you will see a common thread in my postings - don't encourage the breakdown (and urbanisation) of the rural communities, don't give pens to kids (encouraging begging and urbanisation) and do show respect and support for their traditions which have kept them safe for decades.
