Hello to all yetizone trekkers!
I am doing a trek in Annapurna, namely the circuit sometime in winter. What I would to get help is that whether if the thorung pass is closed for a few days, is there any way I can continue to another route, it does not need to be the circuit but somewhere diverting round it. I have heard that there is an airstrip somewhere near Manang but could not confirm it. Has anybody heard about it? If there is one, is it possible to fly past the pass & land at the nearest airstrip?
