I too will be trekking Annapurna Circuit in March. From what I can gather, there is likely to be snow on Thorung La. I have not been able to get any decent info on what to expect though (remember, this is the Himalaya!).
From what I have been able to gather, you can expect the temperature to be somewhere between 0 and 16 degrees Celcius. Those are the average temperatures in Jomosom for March. At altitude you can expect lower temps than that!
