Naw, it isn't part of that as far as I know. The well know on which is being worked on is Lukla.
Jomsom will be open - but flights are from Pokhara and the issue is IF it flies due to weather.
If not, wait a day and try again.
One hint though, walk in the mornings not the afternoon or if possible avoid midday as the wind whips up drastically up there.
