....It depends which area you're planning to visit. For example Dolpo, or the greater part of the Annapurna Circuit are in the "rain shadow" of the Himalaya, beying protected to a great extent from the monsoon by the great mountain range. So trekking there is ideal during that time, as the temperatures are mild and you still get most of the views.
However most of the other classical treks, Everst/Gokyo, Langtang, ABC, will be affected.
Hoever trekking during the monsoon is a totally different experience, as you see a different Nepal, green, full of flowers, full of life in the villages and everywhere.
But great views can be a bit of a problem.
