Easier said... When China pumps lots of money into Nepal every year, it is difficult to say No to everything. This kind of economic subservience is visible in many other relationships between large and small countries.

Let us remember that Nepal still have a large proportion of Tibetan refugees, who have received harbour there, and set up a new life.

And have continued to shelter and help refugees going to India, like Karpama Lama a few years ago.
