Hi Andy, I went to my GP yesterday to get some malarial tablets for my summer trekking in Pakistan and India and interestingly he told me that Delhi is no longer in a malarial zone (although Islamabad definitely is).

He originally recommended paludrine & avloclor although when I explained that I would be in Islamabad only for a few days and then away trekking for a couple of weeks at a time he thought malarone would be better choice (because you only take a few days before and after being in the zone).

I think I will probably bite the bullet and buy the malarone tablets I do not really want to get malaria again....

I hope you have a good trip to Stok, is the training going well?
