Exactly as Rich writes: avoid mosquito bites, i.e., sleep under a fan or stay in a hote with AC. Note that there are sometimes (rainy season) dengue in Delhi. On altitude there is no dengue.

There is no vaccine, and no medication, if it is bad and you get to a hospitla they will give u transfusions of thrombocytes.
