I prefer the once a week as it is easy to remember. Also remember to start taking it about 2 weeks and no less before you go and continue afterwards for 2 weeks. The one a day makes many of us ill at first and gives you the runs. The once a week gives you a nasty mood but on the day you take it. Maloprim. Malarial medicine is illegal in Japan and can only be obtained from foreign clinics at stupid prices.
