It is possible. There are a number of factors to be considered, however. What is your nationality and the nationality of your intended? You may need documentation from your Consulate ahead of time (eg, an American marrying a Nepali in Nepal must first obtain an Affidavit of Eligibility to Marry from the US Consulate in Kathmandu).

How about immigration status?

And are you hoping to obtain a Nepali marriage certificate, or are you more interested in simply having a religious ceremony? The CDO of any given District can send you through a variety of hoops in order to get this, not to mention "chaipani" or "baksheesh"...

Whatever you decide to do, it will be an adventure... lol.
