take the time to savour Nepal. Some of the best experiences are the interactions with the people while trekking.

: : Logistics needed for travel between the AC to start of the EBC trek? Time frame for doing both as trail runs/fast hiking?? Thanks!

: So you want to run round Annapurna, and up to Everest, AND run from Pokhara to Jiri? Blimey! Thats rather ambitious.

: It's at least a couple of hundred Km between Pokhara (end of the AC trek) and Jiri (road head for EBC trek), I don't know how fast you could run that, but it's normally a 2 day bus trip (one each to/from KTM).

: Will you have support for this epic marathon, or are you carrying all your gear? Do remember that travelling in Nepal is frequently subject to all sorts of delays, maybe a bandh or landslide stops the buses, or bad weather cancels flights.

: Do yourself a favour Mike - don't forget to slow down a bit for at least some of your time in Nepal, it is a place where life is best savored at a more sedate pace.
