So you want to run round Annapurna, and up to Everest, AND run from Pokhara to Jiri? Blimey! Thats rather ambitious.

It's at least a couple of hundred Km between Pokhara (end of the AC trek) and Jiri (road head for EBC trek), I don't know how fast you could run that, but it's normally a 2 day bus trip (one each to/from KTM).

Will you have support for this epic marathon, or are you carrying all your gear? Do remember that travelling in Nepal is frequently subject to all sorts of delays, maybe a bandh or landslide stops the buses, or bad weather cancels flights.

Do yourself a favour Mike - don't forget to slow down a bit for at least some of your time in Nepal, it is a place where life is best savored at a more sedate pace.
