if you have short time, mainly visit the interesting sites of kathmandu and Pokhara valley as in response 01. Beside that I would like to suggest you to do short trekking in Annapuran ( say Annapurna Panorama or Annapuran poon hill trek - one of the best short trekking in Nepal) as it unfold the Himalayas close to you. Few years back we did travel with e-mail info@himalayanworldwide.com for detail and it was a wonderful trip to Nepal.
