Aquamira available in Kathmandu?

I cannot get Aquamira here in Australia. I can get it on the Net, but postage (in US$) costs nearly as much as the product itself. If it's available in Kathmandu, then I'd rather get it there. Does anyone know if it is readily available there or should I just buy it online?
