: I was thinking of signing up for Gap Adventures/Interpid Travel trip to EBC this fall. However they do not seem to be responsive at all even to the most basic questions. Itis always a parroted canned response with zero useful content. To put it mildly they seem pretty clueless and incompetent. They seem highly reccommended so I'm very confused right now by their cluelessness.
: Is this normal ..? If someone has used them please let me know.
