Carl is right . The tourist spot of Thamel in Kathmandu and the town of Pokkara both have internet cafes of sorts . It costs about 1 rupee per min (thats less than 1p if you are a Brit ). Set up a Hot mail or Excite account that will send and recive your mail any where from any machine. Don't fret I survive better in Asia than I do here ...Having been in Nepal for 5 weeks with out a hint of trouble I have just picked up food poisoning from a barbicue run by the local climbers!
