In Kathmandu and Pokhara (the main centres for trekkers / travellers/ tourists etc) Internet cafes are plentiful and cheap. I don't have any specific recommendations as I just waltz into them at random. I remember one called 'K@thmandu' which I thought was a rather clever name.
