Going with a friend to Everest area in October. We want to have a flexible schedule. Should we make arrangements for a guide/porter in advance or can we find a good one on arrival in Lukla? Should we make flight arrangements with a company over the internet or wait until we arrive in Kathmandu? THANKS!
