Chris, I'm surprised, as a buddhist, that you are not going to spend more time in the company of Lamas ? I have an interest in buddhism and have had some fascinating experiences around Kathmandu. I went to a ceremony (at which Steven Segal was getting blessed or something) sat right at the front. It was amazing. 4 hours crammed on a mat with loads of monks who only speak Tibettan and Nepali. It was a really respectful but happy atmosphere. Except I cannot stand the tea! UGG>>!!!
