I would endorse all of what yakshaver writes.
In February I arrived at Lukla on a sunday,late in the afternoon,with no booking,and was on a flight next day.In October,the busiest month,it might be wise to book on your way up to Namche.Leave yourself a few days as flights are dependent on weather conditions.
Try the Kongde in Namche for great pizza.
