I used my bank card which is plus, interac. I used it several time 18 months ago at the atm across from the bank just up from Kathmandu guest house in Thamel. Spit out rupees like crazy...

I can't confirm whether ATM's in Nepal accept foreign bank cards on the Plus Network; Visa, Mastercard and Cirrus are ok. Anyone used Plus in Nepal? Thanks.
