You have no problems these thays to find everything on the list...
Other good things you can find are books: you'll be amazed what you'll find in Thamel, stuff that is not easily found anywhere else in the world.
Then there is tiger balm, khukri knives, and hash. Some touts in Thamel may even offer girls (only if you look like being of the male variety yourself). But only if you have just refused the hash.
You won't find good yakshaving equipment in Kathmandu though. That is only because they are on the list of weapons of mass distruction, hence President Dubya's representatives collect them all...
An interesting item is foot powder. I dunno... It depends what kind of foot you want, but in Nepal they'll make anything for you for a price. Even powder a few feet just for your consumption. They are not that squeamish, so don't be shy to ask.
: Kathmandu's shopping for western goods is quite good, as there is no sales tax, and the overhead for rents and sales staff is very low.

: : I plan to trek in the Himalaya from May thru August, thus there are a number of "Western" supplies that I would like to replenish as I go, rather than carry enough for all 3 months. I was wondering if I could readily find the following products:
