I plan to trek in the Himalaya from May thru August, thus there are a number of "Western" supplies that I would like to replenish as I go, rather than carry enough for all 3 months. I was wondering if I could readily find the following products:

in the cities? in the remote areas?

Tooth Paste & Brushes?

Liquid soap?

Powdered Lemonade drink mix?

Foot Powder?
