No pitihän se arvata...
At least my Primus MFS has two different nozzles, one for Coleman fuel/petrol (gasoline)/propane-butane, the other for kerosene/diesel/heating oil. If the MSR has the same, consult the manual. If not, then the same nozzle will burn both.
Kerosene is a bit more difficult to light (longer priming time), smells worse and makes more soot, but it works. The energy content of all those fuels is roughly equal. Practise taking your stove apart and cleaning it in the convenience of your hotel room in Kathmandu... The stuff you can find in Ktm and along the way can have dirt in it, so better filter is, a small funnel & cafe filter or something.
As you are going to have adventures outside normal trails the besserwisser comments I made previously do not hold :-) A few days outside lodge networks do nor require fancy freezedried gourmet meals, just take some instant noodles available everywhere and buy extra chappatis from lodges. Chocolate too.
About maps: the new "Finnish" topo maps are extremely accurate, but diffiult to read (and diffifult to find in Ktm bookshops), but some new Nepalese "trekking maps" are based on the new topos. I.e. the data has been blatantly stolen from the government maps by private map companies (the government mapping agency boss owns a private map company...). Nepa Maps -company is one of these companies and their series of maps can be recommended.
Reipasta menoa!!
