The Tibet trips from Kathmandu are kind of a racket. But ok, if you like to watch genocide there is some useful info on the link below, it is some yrs since but it is still pretty valid, if anything it has got worse. Will not lead you to any particular agency, all of them do Tibet trips, but you will get the general drift of what is going on.
You migth also be interested in some threads below "respect" (manangi) and "please help me understand" (Brian).
