Gangapurna from Manang. This view shows the North Face and the impregnable North Gangapurna Glacier.	Gangapurna, seen from just below Thorung Phedi, is the peak on the right. The view shows the West Face.
The first ascent was from the Annapurna Sanctuary via the South Flank and the East ridge.	This view of the South Face of Gangapurna (centre) is taken from Ghandruk, and shows the South Flank and the East Ridge on the skyline to the right of the summit.
