If You've only got time for a short trek you can enter the Langtang Valley directly, via the pretty village of Syabru. Walk north out of Syabru Bensi, to the nearby suspension bridge. Turn right on the far side of the bridge, and walk to the other side of Syabru Bensi. Cross the next bridge over the Langtang Khola and take the path towards Syabru. Climb up through the hillside, gently ascending. The village is streched out along the path on the crest of the ridge. It's beautiful. There are plenty of lodges in Syabru. Continue the next day joining day 9 of the whole trek.
